How To Unlock
Steps are:-
1- Need to Check Your model (full on and conect phone to pc or go to emergency dail *#899# )
2- In my Case My Model Number is Rmx3031 (Realme X7 max)
3- Fist You Need to Downgrade it To version A.15 link Here(Extract And Flash it)

4- After Flash Complete Open Evo Tool version 1.1.4 (latest Setup And login)
5- Go to Oppo Section Then GO to >RESET Section And Click On >Patch MDM Lock
6-Turn off Your Phone Hold Volume Up And Down Button Insert Usb.
7- Wait till Opertaion Done After window Pop Reboot Phone Click on Yes
8-After this Your Device >Hang on Logo(Don't Worry ) Simply Wipe Data From Recovery Mode
9-Device will Completely On And FLipkart Lock Removed Done.
10-Now You have to Unlock Sim Also To Do So Click on>> Patch Sim lock
11- Turn off Your Phone Hold Volume Up And Down Button Insert Usb.
12-Wait till Opertaion Done After window Pop Reboot Phone Click on Yes
13- Now Your Device Will Completely Functional
