my phone pixel 4a 5g hard bricked. only qualcomm port shows. please help

I got same problem !
My Pixel 4a 5G Stuck On Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 Unfortunately after flashing wrong firmware of pixel 4a .
Please Guide us how to solve this problem. Big Thanks In Advance
